Scared

 

I'm scared

I knew this would be the end 

Yet I thought every other day, I am safe 

Another day have passed

But today I sit here with the predicted news

This worse disease have taking me over

Dad isn't well and that positive news reached my ears

I sit at my home with mask on for my runny nose

A kid crawls around me, unknown of the situation

I'm scared if I will be able to see her smile and hold her again soon.
